Asante Kotoko, on the other side, had lost to Karela United and won two matches against Accra Lions and Kotoku Royals while scoring 9 goals and giving up only 2.

Beginning in the 10th minute, Dreams FC grabbed control of the match. In the 14th minute, Gael Aholou converted the home team’s first significant opportunity of the contest as a result of their relentless attack.
After scoring the game’s opening goal, the home team exploded, but Gael Aholou squandered every opportunity that came his way.
Enoch Morisson, Steve Mukwala, and George Mfegue were consistently prevented from adding their names to the scoreline by outstanding saves made by goalkeeper Augustine Koomson.
Dreams continued to create chances from where they left off, but Kotoko were unlucky when Dreams added a second goal in the 59th minute on the strength of a shot from striker Agyenim Boateng.
Goalkeeper Augustine Koomson was always there to protect his team as he was posted about preserving a clean sheet in today’s game, despite Kotoko’s attempts to retake the lead.
Asante Kotoko continues to hold down the fourth spot, 5 points behind league leaders Aduana Stars, while Dreams FC has climbed up to the tenth spot on the Premier League table with 23 points.
