Akwasi Donsu, deputy captain of Medeama SC, is optimistic ahead of his team’s Ghana Premier League (GPL) match against Asante Kotoko .
In recent weeks, the Yellow and Mauve team has picked up critical points in the league. As a result, the team has climbed to second place in the league table, putting pressure on Asante Kotoko.
Medeama SC and Asante Kotoko will face off in a matchday 31 duel this weekend, which could have ramifications for the title chase.
The match against the Reds will be challenging, but Medeama SC will win by at least two goals, according to Akwasi Danso.
“I’m hoping Medeama will beat Asante Kotoko 2 or 3 goals at Tarkwa.
“It’s a difficult game against Asante Kotoko but we are hoping to win the game on Sunday,” Akwasi Donsu said in an interview.
He went on to say that he wants to help his club win the Ghana Premier League in the 2021/22 season.
“My target is to help Medeama Sporting Club win the Ghana Premier League,” Akwasi Donsu added.
