Ghana’s capital city, Accra, will host the WAFU Zone B U-17 Cup of Nations in May.
The Black Starlets are set to compete against the very best in WAFU Zone B, such as Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Niger, and the defending champions, Nigeria.
The tournament, which is set to kick off from May 15–29, 2024, in Accra, serves as the qualifier for the Total Energies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
Coach Laryea Kingston’s Black Starlets will participate in a four-nation U-16 tournament in Volgograd, Russia, in April ahead of the tournament.
