On Saturday afternoon in the Premier League, Thomas Partey of Ghana scored for Arsenal against Tottenham.

The Black Stars’ midfielder scored from outside the penalty area with a beautiful strike into the top right corner.

His goal for Arsenal FC in the 2022–23 English Premier League season marked his first league goal.

Partey passed a last-minute fitness examination despite suffering an injury during warm-up before the match against Brazil. He had to miss Ghana’s match against Nicaragua due to the injury.

The Ghana Football Association authorized his return to Arsenal for recuperation.

This season, the 29-year-old has participated in four league games.
