In their match day 23 game against Dreams FC on Sunday 3rd April, Bibiani Gold Stars demonstrated their home supremacy in the current Ghana Premier League(GPL).
The miners have only lost at home to Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, and their strong home form is one of the reasons they have avoided relegation.
Farouk Adams, a defender, was the hero for the home side, scoring in the 25th minute to give his team all three points following a 1-0 setback to Accra Lions in midweek.
Gold Stars have won their previous five home games in the Ghana Premier League, and their last defeat came against Hearts at Dun’s Park in January of this year.
Gold Stars are now in 12th place with 29 points, while Dreams are in 9th place with a point advantage.
