Accra Hearts of Oak forward Kofi Kordzi has been dropped to the youth team after breaking his contract.

The Phobians have suspended Kofi Kordzi for playing in a football match without the club’s permission on May 14.

However, Kofi Kordzi has been suspended from the senior team for the next two years and will practice with the Auroras junior team.

Kofi Kordzi has seven goals for Accra Hearts of Oak in the ongoing Ghana Premier League (GPL) 2021/2022, but has not been part of the Phobians’ matchday roster in recent weeks.

Accra Hearts of Oak are presently fourth in the Ghana Premier League(GPL) rankings, with five games remaining, and will also compete in the MTN FA Cup finals.
