Ghana must now get ready for the Group C match against Sudan on January 19 after today’s setback.
The 2022/23 Ghana Premier League(GPL)’s Week 13 foe and the Phobians squared off today.
Hearts of Oak was predicted to win the game at the Accra Sports Stadium to earn a maximum of three points.
That, sadly, was not meant to be.
Despite having a clear advantage, the Phobians were unable to win. Hearts of Oak was denied a goal throughout the game because to the visitors’ tenacious play, and after 90 minutes, the game finished in a tie.
Hearts of Oak are still in the top four of the Ghana Premier League rankings, but they were unable to catch Aduana Stars, who are currently in first place, because they were unable to win.
