We begin tonight’s episode with Sita asking for permission from Roman to take the day off because she wants to take Lucas somewhere (picnic), Roman agrees and asks her to do everything so that Lucas won’t be hurt when he learns the truth, Alba hears this from behind and gets furious.
Later Alba confronts Sita and Lucas on their way out, she has the guts to tell them to stay back since she hasn’t given her permission. Lucas bodily talks back this time, he tells her is true they work for them and she pays them but she doesn’t own them, Sita and Lucas then walks away leaving Alba more furious.
When they reached the location, Lucas is still feeling bad with Alba’s words because he believes his mother deserves better. Sita consoles him.
At home, Alba and Roman gets into a heated argument over how Roman is giving attention to Sita and Lucas.
Later in the evening, Alba pays Sita a visit and ends up slapping Sita for saying they both are equal because their sons have Cardinal blood running in them.
Lucas comes to his mother’s defense, Alba then insults them and leaves. Mrs Martha rushed home and informs Roman about what Alba did.
Roman comes to Sita’a house, Lucas apologises to him for talking back at Alba, he continues by saying his mom deserves better and Alba is going too far.
Roman asks him not to apologise because between them he (Roman) is the one who needs to apologize, Lucas says he is confused, Roman tells Sita that it’s time for Lucas to learn his identity.
Lucas asks what they are talking about.
Roman then tells Lucas he is his son and he is his father, Lucas couldn’t believe this.
At home, Alba gets worried when Mrs Martha told her Roman went to meet Lucas.
Sita confirms what Roman said, Lucas hardly took a word, tears started flowing. Roman hugs him but Lucas didn’t hug back. Roman recalls the day Lucas was born. Lucas breaks the hug and goes inside saying he needs sometime alone.
Both Roman and Sita hugs each other emotionally.
When Roman goes back to the mansion, he tells Alba that Lucas now knows the truth. Alba breaks down and cries. They both argue here and there.
Sita goes to Lucas’s room, he tells her that he has now understand why Roman loves him and why Alba hates him but he doesn’t understand why they are treated like slaves. Before Sita could say a word he tells her to give him some time alone, Sita goes outside and cries. Lucas cries inside.
Roman on the other side promise himself to make up to Lucas.
At the Silverio’s, Matteo tries to start a conversation with Menandro but it turns out to be a disaster as Menandro throws a book at him and asks him to leave, on his way out Medelein notices Matteo hardly walks (as a result of yesterday’s beating) She asks him what happened but Matteo rudely tells her he is a grown-up and can take care of himself. He leaves.
Roman goes to work, he asks Diane why Lucas didn’t use the company’s car on his way out, Diane tells him about the sudden changes in Lucas for the past few days. They end up talking and comparing Lucas and Joaquin.
Meanwhile, Lucas visits the Esperanza’s and Irma and Bert starts comparing him to Sita in terms of looks and capabilities. Isagani notice Lucas is moody. They both heads out to Victorino to check their plantation.
In a different scene, Matteo apologies to Gigi for his behavior the other day, he ends up requesting for money but Gigi walks away, Matteo refuses to answer Dulce’s calls.
At the mansion, Sita and Roman talks about the way forward as far as Lucas is concerned. They both ends up deciding to give Lucas some time to get use to things.
When they reached their destination, Isagani asks Lucas about his problem. Lucas breaks the silence and tells Isagani that Roman is his father. Isagani is not surprised to hear this, Lucas asks if he knew already? Isagani narrates the scene where Roman calls Lucas his son when Lucas was buried in last Monday’s episode.
Lucas tells him he is confused, because he doesn’t understand how can Roman treats Joaquin so well and treats him (Lucas) as a servant. Isagani turns into a motivational speaker and gives his motivational speech. We end tonight’s episode on a devastated
