According to reports in Portugal, Chelsea are set to bring in 18-year-old winger Diego Moreira on a free transfer from Benfica in the summer.
Chelsea fought off interest from both Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan to land a deal for Moreira according to Portuguese outlet Record.
The talented teenager holds duel citizenship and has represented both Belgium and Portugal at youth international level as well as being eligible to turn out for Germany and Guinea-Bissau and has emerged as one of the most exciting young prospects in Europe after his impressive performances in Benfica’s youth ranks.
Moreira is left-footed, classed as a pacey winger with skill in abundance and has been compared to the likes of former Manchester United and Portugal winger Nani.
Chelsea has spent £60 million this season already on teenagers after signing Carney Chukwuemeka, Cesare Casadei, David Dietro Fofana, Andre Santos and Gabriel Slonina.
