OV, whose actual name Barbara Naa Okailey Nyarko and a former MTN Hitz maker and Burniton Music Group signee, has spoken out about how she left Stonebwoy’s record company.
In an interview, renowned artist OV claimed that her supervisor at the time, Stonebwoy, let her go from the label after a few months to terminate their contract.
According to OV, there was no official reason given after she was ‘sacked.
OV has revealed that she is returning to music with full power and newfound enthusiasm, thanks to a relationship with her new company, the Indigo Music Factory, following her break from the music scene following the “Bhim nation” hullabaloo.
She’s already made an impact with two new hit singles, “Blessing and Lessons” and “No Perfect Vibe,” both of which are available now on all music streaming platforms.
