The 2024 Olympic Football Football events’ match officials have been announced by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).
Ghana did not have any match officials on FIFA’s list of twelve from Africa.
They include Karboubi Bouchra from Morocco, Ismail Mahmood Ali from Sudan, and Beida Dahane from Mauritania.
Ahmed Liban Abdoulrazack from Djibouti, Chikotesha Diana from Zambia, Jermouni Fatiha from Morocco, Noupue Elvis from Cameroon, Santos Jerson Emiliano Dos from Angola, and Yiembe Stephen from Kenya were named as the assistant referees .
Ashour Mahmoud from Egypt and Benbraham Lahlou from Algeria were chosen for the video match officials category.
In addition, Ugandan Nabadda Shamirah completes the list of African referees selected by FIFA.
