This is the first meeting between Ampem Darkoa and SC Casablanca.
While these two teams are meeting for the first time it is the third meeting between teams from Ghana and Morocco.

Ghanaian clubs have won both their previous two games against Moroccan clubs at the finals.
This is the second clash between Ghanaian and Moroccan clubs in the semi-finals of the CAFWCL.

The only previous clashes between teams from Ghana and Morocco, saw Hasaacas Ladies defeat AS FAR in the last four in 2021, they won the game 2-1.
The other game between Ghanaian clubs and Moroccan clubs saw Ampem Darkoa defeat AS FAR 2-1 at the current finals in their opening group game.
For SC Casablanca this is their second game against a team from the WAFU region their other clash was a 1-1 draw against current hosts Athletico Abidjan in their opening game.

In games between teams from Morocco and the WAFU region they have contested seven games, with AS FAR participating in six and SC Casablanca two of these games. The Moroccan team has won four games, drawn one and lost two, both losses were against Ghanaian opponents.
Ghana and Morocco will become the first countries to have two different clubs reach the last four of the CAFWCL, for Ghana Hasaacas Ladies were runners up in 2021 and for Morocco AS FAR have reached the last four twice previously.
With AS FAR and SC Casablanca in the last four it is the first time at the finals that there are two teams from the same country in the knockout phase.
Victory for either team will see their country become the first to have two different clubs reach the CAFWCL final.
The winners will become the fourth different team to reach the CAFWCL final, with AS FAR, Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies and Hasaacas Ladies the previous teams to have reached the final.
Ampem Darkoa
Are the second Ghanaian team to reach the last four of the CAFWCL, along with 2021 runners up Hasaacas Ladies.
The only other time a Ghanaian club featured in the last four in 2021 Hasaacas Ladies won 2-1 against AS FAR.
Ampem Darkoa have already defeated Moroccan opponents at the current finals overcoming AS FAR in the group stages, coming from a goal down to win their first group game 2-1.
Ampem Darkoa are the third team from the WAFU region to reach the last four after Hasaacas Ladies in 2021 and Bayelsa Queens of Nigeria in 2022.
Previously in the last four teams from the WAFU region has seen Hasaacas Ladies defeat AS FAR in 2021 while Bayelsa Queens lost to AS FAR in 20222.
Ampem Darkoa won their opening game against AS FAR 2-1, they lost their second game 3-0 against AS Mande and bounced back to win their final group game 3-1 against Huracanes.
They are yet to keep a clean-sheet at the current finals, they have conceded five goals in their three games.
They are the first team to win a group at the CAFWCL with a 0 goal difference.
No team winning a group at the CAFWCL have ever conceded as many goals (5) as Ampem let in during the current campaign.
No team ever reaching the last four at the CAFWCL have ever conceded five goals in the group stages, Ampem are the first to do so.
Ampem have scored five goals with three different players on the score-sheet for them Tracy Twum scored a brace in their last game a 3-1 win over AS Mande, N-Yanyimaya Gnabekan also scored in that game. While in their opening game against AS FAR Comfort Yeboah scored, they have also been the beneficiaries of an own goal.
In their win over Huracanes, they had nine shots on target and scored with three of them.
Goalkeeper, Deborah Brown made eight saves in the game against Huracanes, she faced 9 shots. This was her first appearance of the finals.
Tracy Twum scorer of a brace against Huracanes had four shots on target in the game, she had a 50% shot conversation rate as she turned two home.
Ten players have featured in Ampem’s three games so far, while nine players have started all three games. The following player have started all of their games, Diana Amoako, Nancy Amoh, Ophelia Amponsah, Linda Owusu Ansah, Martha Appiah, Abena Opoku, Jernnifer Owusuaa, Tracy Twum, Comfort Yeboah.
N-Yanyimaya Gnabekan has played in all three of their games but is yet to start she has played just 43 minutes in total and scored one goal.
SC Casablanca
Have reached this point by opening with a 1-1 draw against Athletico Abidjan, they then lost to Sundowns and defeated JKT Queens 4-1 in their final group game.
Their win against JKT Queens was the second time a team from East Africa had conceded four goals at the finals, the other was when Vihiga Queens of Kenya were defeated 4-0 by Rivers Angels of Nigeria in their final group game in 2021.
SC Casablanca are only the fourth team at the finals along with Rivers Angels, Mamelodi Sundowns and Green Buffaloes to score four or more goals in a game at the finals.
Their win over JKT Queens was the joint most by a Moroccan club at the WCL after AS FAR defeated Rivers Angels 3-0 in their opening game in 2021.
In their win against JKT Queens SC Casablanca had four different players score it was the third time at the finals that a team has had four different players find the back of the net. In 2021 Sundowns had two games in which they had four scorers a 5-0 win over Wadi Degla and a 4-0 win over TP Mazembe in the group stages.
SC Casablanca are yet to keep a clean-sheet at the finals.
SC Casablanca goalkeeper Imane Abdelahad has made 13 saves the joint most along with Huracanes goalkeeper Dolores Hernandez.
