Ghana Police Service Mourns Deaths of Three Officers in Fatal Accident

The Ghana Police Service is mourning the death of three of its officers who died in a fatal accident on Wednesday, February 27, 2023.

The officers were traveling to Kwahu on operational duties when their vehicle was involved in an accident at Kyekyewere along the Kumasi-Accra highway.

They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The deceased officers have been identified as: – Constable Emmanuel Asamoah – Constable Michael Agyapong – Constable Moses Osei.

The Ghana Police Service has expressed its deepest condolences to the families of the deceased officers.

The accident has cast a shadow over the Service, which is already grappling with a shortage of personnel.

The death of these three officers is a tragic loss for the service and for the country as a whole.

What actually lead to the accident is still unknown.

Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact the police immediately.
