The Porcupine Warriors succumbed to a determined Accra Lions in a mid-week matchday 21 clash of the 2023–24 Ghana Premier League.

The Lions grabbed a quick lead just 12 minutes into the game through Blessing Dankwah before Kalo Outtara leveled things up ten minutes later to end the first half with a goal each.

Blessing Dankwah got his and the away side’s second of the game three minutes after the restart before Dominic Amponsah extended their lead in the 68th minute.
