Coach Michael Osei, the head coach of Bibiani Gold Stars, is optimistic that his club may shock Hearst of Oak this weekend in the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
The former Asante Kotoko manager claimed that despite the league’s suspension, his team did not take a break.
Coach Michael Osei says the Bibiani Gold Stars are prepared for the next game against the Phobians, but he also adds that in order to win, his squad needs to be technically disciplined.
“We were already prepared, we were training, we didn’t go for break during the suspension [of the league]. Whether it’s early or it’s not early, we need to go for the game,” Coach Michael Osei said in an interview.
The Gold Stars coach added, “We have to prepare very well, psychologically, physically and mentally because it’s a game that we have to be tactically discipline so that we can frustrate them and get the points and come back to Bibiani.”
The game between Hearts of Oak and Bibiani Gold Stars will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 29.
