Elmina Sharks who are battling to survive in the GPL beat table toppers Kotoko 2-1.
The game which was played at the Nduom Sports Complex saw Kotoko draw first blood.
Cameroonian striker Mfegue went past players and set up Dickson Afoakwa who tapped in from close range in the 39th minute.
Sharks drew level before half time as Adu-Kwaw rose highest to head home from close range to make it 1-1.
The second half was full of drama, first a penalty was awarded to Sharks who at the first attempt failed to score.
The referee however gave them a second chance because Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim moved off his line before the kick.
Alhaji Mustapha stepped up and made it 2-1 to Sharks.
With just a minute to end the game Kotoko won a penalty and Frank Mbella missed as Sharks won 2-1.
