In a recent interview, Amerado shared the story of how he unexpectedly ended up recording a song with Black Sheriff, a rising star in the Ghanaian music scene. Amerado explained that while he was in the UK, a mutual friend of his and Black Sheriff’s former manager connected them when he was looking for a car.
Upon his return to Ghana, Amerado visited the manager to inquire about a car and during that visit, he had the chance to meet Black Sheriff. He was in awe as Black Sheriff was already gaining significant popularity with his hit songs, ‘First Sermon’ and ‘Second Sermon’.

When asked about the purpose of his visit, Amerado expressed his desire to collaborate with Black Sheriff. He saw an opportunity in the success of Black Sheriff’s ‘Second Sermon’ and felt that it was his moment to seize. He wanted to take advantage of the situation and work with the talented artist.
Soon after, Samsney, the producer, created the beats for their hit song titled ‘Abotr3’ right in the manager’s home. Amerado explained that the song aimed to inspire patience and perseverance, reflecting on their respective journeys and the challenges they faced before reaching their current positions. They wanted to encourage others who were struggling to reach the top to have patience and wait for their time to shine.
Amerado expressed his gratitude towards Black Sheriff for giving him the opportunity to collaborate on the hit song. He appreciated the chance to work with an artist who was already making waves in the industry and recognized the value of the experience for his own career.
