Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC were held to an enthralling goalless draw at home on Saturday afternoon.
The champions played their outstanding match week 14 encounter at Akoon Park without Fatawu Hamidu and Jonathan Sowah, who are away with the senior national team of Ghana.

Both sides’ efforts proved futile in the end of the first half, as league returnee Bofoakwa Tano exhibited themselves as tough customers against the champions.
Medeama came into the second half with a change in tactics and immediately put their opponents under a lot of pressure; however, they held on to snatch a precious point back to Bofo after referee Nyaaba ended proceedings.
The CAF Champions League contenders have moved to 8th, level on points, with a resurging Legon Cities side.
