Competing against over 150,000 peers globally, Marhguy was bestowed the gold medal as national top scorer in the American Mathematics Olympiad 12th grade level. This caps a remarkable year where he also took silver honors in the Vanda Science International Olympiad among a field of 38,000.
For his academic excellence, Marhguy has been inducted into the International Junior Honour Society for 2023.
