The Teshie orphanage’s library has been renovated to a high standard by Afriwave Telecom Ghana Limited.
The company renovated the home’s library and furnished it with six desktop computers and a year-long internet connection, along with a thousand space bookshelves.
The Teshie Orphanage is a non-governmental private organization that helps vulnerable children and orphans in the Teshie neighborhood by providing them with a home and shelter. It is run with support from individuals and groups.
Francis Poku, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Afriwave Telecom, stated that the library’s renovation was a component of Afriwave’s effort to have an indelible impact on the lives of these kids, who most needed it.
