Black Meteors, was initially at the top of the group standings after the first round of games in the CAF U23 Africa Cup of Nations tournament. However, following their defeat against Morocco, they have now dropped to third place in the group.
To have a chance of progressing to the knockout stage of the tournament, Ghana will need to win their final group game against Guinea. The match is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 30, 2023.
