Songstress Empress Gifty has returned with the reloaded version of The Resurrection Effect Concert (TREC24) after the first show was almost marred.
The first concert, which took place at the Living Faith Ministries International Church (LFMIC), Ashaley Botwe, Old Town Down, on Easter Monday, took a rough turn when the lights went off at the venue during the middle of the program.
Speaking in an interview with Max FM in Accra on the “This Is Gospel” show, Empress Gifty acknowledged the love of God in her life and expressed profound happiness about how God saved the concert from being ruined.

She said there was a point where she was advised by her husband and her team to postpone the concert since an embarrassment was lingering.
However, she was utterly surprised when patrons in the midst of the heat still remained at the venue with some singing and some praying to God till everything returned to normal for the successful end of the show.
As part of her gratitude to God, she had set up another show at the National Theatre slated for Wednesday, April 10 at 4:00 p.m. to bring God’s children together in worship.
She said this time around patrons would have personal encounters with God, stressing that MOG Music, ACP Kofi Sarpong, Kofi Owusu Peprah, Akesse Brempong, and Jack Alolome would perform along with her.

The “Jesus Over Do” hitmaker urged all Ghanaians to grace the show to have an encounter with their maker, as she promised that the event was going to be bigger and better than what happened at the Living Faith on April 1, 2024.
