The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has rendered an apology to its customers for the challenges they have to go through in order to purchase electricity credits.
According to the ECG, the difficulty stems from the ongoing disturbances in internet access.
“The Electricity Company of Ghana wishes to inform our cherished customers and the general public that the current interruptions in internet service provision have resulted in challenges with vending and purchasing of electricity credits.”
In a press release dated March 17, ECG stated “ECG wishes to assure all customers that we are engaging our service providers and Metering vendors to assist resolve the challenge.”
