Carlos called Daniela on phone after failing to show up for their pretrial. Danny girl claimed that their daughter needed her because there was a problem at their school.
Cassie confronted Trina about telling their classmates to stay away from her. A battle of words ensued. A moment later, LJ came over to tell Cassie about Marga being at a PTA meeting with some students and parents to discuss the fire at Maxwell Integrated.

Daniela, with support from her cohorts, ranted on and on about Maxwell International being an exclusive school and how she wanted the scholars out of the school. Just like her bratty daughter, she went ahead to accuse Cassie of starting the fire. Cassie crashed the meeting just then and asked the principal to listen to the scholars’ side as well.
Neil told his sister about their clients backing out because there was another product launch at Camila. The snitch-witch looked on as Romina told Neil to call and try to convince all the guests to attend.
“Boss, that doesn’t sound good,” Felix commented after Neil and Romina had left.
“I have to do something about this. Maybe I should call my contacts.”

“Maybe that isn’t the best idea.”
“That’s the only way I can help her and her company.”
“But boss, if you do that, miss Romina will surely find out who you are.”
Leon glanced at Romina who stood a distance away with Neil and Jepoy.
Back at Maxwell, Cassie argued her case as Daniela rebutted with her concern of hypocrisy. Fatima walked out as Cassie insisted that she had no hand in the fire.
“Can you prove that?” Daniela challenged.
“Yes.” Kristoff walked in with some officers, who announced that the fire had merely been an accident caused by the building’s faulty wiring.
Romina was determined to go through with the launch despite the shortage of guests. However, some considerable number of visitors started arriving just then much to Mina’s surprise. She wondered where Leon had disappeared to.
“You’re amazing,” Bonita said after Romina went to get ready. “You saved our launch.”
Neil looked confused. “What do you mean?”
“Romina said you called our guests earlier.”
“Yeah, but not them. I don’t even know these people. I don’t have that many connections.”
“Then where did they come from?”
Romina caught Leon hiding from the crowd. Excited about the number of guests that had arrived, she insisted on introducing him as her business partner. Romina was however surprised to find that Leon knew the investors. She pressed him for answers about how he had so many connections, and Leon eventually revealed that he had gotten the connections through his family’s businesses which had collapsed some years ago. Romina then had a phone call.
“Hello, Fatima. What is it?”
“Hello, aunty. Marga’s mommy’s here. She’s harassing Cassie.”
Back at Maxwell, Fatima rejoined the others as ‘the b*itch of the year started spouting her usual nonsense, insisting that the fire wasn’t an accident.
“Well, that’s the truth, Marga,” Kristoff shot. “The police already said so.”
Despicable mother resumed with her trash-talking about Maxwell being an exclusive school.
“Exclusivity?” Cassie said. “Is that more important than teaching your daughter to be a good person, Daniela? You’re not only teaching the other Maxwell students to be conceited, you’re also teaching them to oppress defenseless people. It’s our right to study. You have no right to take that away from us.”
“Yes, but not here,” bratty daughter argued.
“There’s nothing wrong with letting the foundation students study in this campus,” the principal stated.
On Mrs. Paterno’s suggestion, the issue was eventually put to a vote, much to Daniela and her cohorts’ humiliation. “It’s settled then. Welcome aboard, Cassie.”
Cassie shared the good news with her classmates. Gwen thanked her for standing up for them. The others commended her as bratty daughter stormed in to pollute the atmosphere with her toxic, diabolic mouth. LJ, along with some international students welcomed Cassie as she silently stared back at Kristoff.
Cassie caught up with Kristoff after school and thanked him for standing up for her. Kristoff said he’d always be there for her. Cassie then suggested that they try and convince their parents about their relationship. Kristoff recalled his father’s warning.
“I think it’s best if we stay this way for a while,” Kristoff said.
“What do you mean?” Cassie asked, confused.
“Let’s not make things worse. Maybe we should break up for now.”
“Please don’t give up on us. We’ll get through this.”
“I’m not giving up. Believe me. I’m fighting.”
“I don’t understand.”
“Kristoff!” Bernard’s voice echoed from the outside. Kristoff went to join his dad in the car. Cassie sobbed silently as Kristoff was being driven away.
Jessa wasn’t that thrilled at Kulas’ suggestion to have a baby in their current living condition. The miserable one-eyed-old man was more than ready to kick his wife out so they could start their own family as soon as Jessa conceived.
Daniela was pissed that Romina had been able to go through with her launch despite all her attempts of sabotage. Her further attempts to woo the investors onto her side came to nothing since Leon, her business partner had already had an agreement with them.
Cassie narrated to her mother and the others about the PTA meeting at school and how Kristoff had come to clear her name along with the officers. Leon commended Tope but Romina wasn’t that impressed. She was however determined to take back everything Daniela had taken from them.
Hector ambushed Daniela and asked about her pretrial. Danny girl gave him attitude and tasked him to find out who Leon Herrera really was.
Alvin was appalled to learn that his brother had allowed Daniela to treat him like a lapdog when he had already told him to stay away from her.
“I’m trying,” Hector said. “But everywhere I go, I find my way back to her. What should I do?”
“You’re hopeless.”
“This is the last straw. If she and Carlos still don’t separate, then I’ll find a way to get her myself.”
Romina announced the success of the launch they had the day before. Leon and Romina thanked the employees for their contributions and sent them back to work. Romina later had a talk with Leon, reminding him that they were business partners and thus, needed to know each other’s plan and share them as well.
Daniela was very upset that Carlos had branded her as a psychologically incapacitated person. Carlos’ lawyer presented the judge evidence proving how mentally disturbed Daniela was for orchestrating Romina’s rape. Daniela argued her case as the judge suggested that they talk things out. Carlos however refused to reconcile with her.
A surprise quiz was organized for the Maxwell students. Bratty daughter boasted of how she and her colleagues were far better than the scholars. Meanwhile, back at the judge’s office, Carlos stated that he couldn’t live with his wife anymore because their constant arguments wouldn’t be healthy for their unborn child. Daniela was however not ready to give up. She asked the judge to give her another chance to reconcile her family, much to Carlos’ dismay.
Neil showed Romina the proposal they had come up with to entice potential customers, with scratch cards behind the packaging to win instant prices. He then mentioned oddity of Daniela launching a new project the same day they had their launch.
“What a coincidence,” Bonita commented.
“Daniela doesn’t do coincidences,” Romina said. “You’re right, Neil. How did she know about our investor? That’s why she came here that time to reclaim her money.”
“But that money was from Carlos, right?”
“But Carlos never told Daniela about it. So that means someone else must have told her about the situation. She launched her project the same day as ours. She knows our every move.”
“Romina, do you think…” Neil began.
“She has a spy in our company, Neil. And I have to find out who it is. I will not let Daniela destroy this company using a mole.”
The test papers were returned to their owners after being marked. The teacher asked those who had gotten a perfect score (10/10) to raise up their hands. Marga and a few of the international students’ hands shot up, while Cassie also raised her hand along with majority of the scholars. Bratty daughter was in shameful disbelief. The so-called charity cases had beaten the internationals. Big time.
After asking their lawyers to give them a moment, Carlos argued with Daniela over the annulment. Neither party was ready to back down as they threw challenges at each other.
“No matter what you do, you are mine, Carlos.” Danny girl declared. “Only mine.”
Back at Maxwell, bratty daughter who knew no shame confronted Cassie, trash-talking about how they had just gotten lucky. Cassie argued that they had studied harder. Mini-Daniela kept talking nonsense.
“One thing is clear from what happened earlier,” Cassie shot back. “We won. And you lost.” (Now deal with, sucker)
Back at the factory, Romina scanned the entire place with her watchful eyes in an attempt to fish out the rat in their midst. Neil confirmed that most of the employees had worked at Camila before. Romina called one of them over and asked how he was doing.
“I’m doing great,” the older man said. “The way you run your company is so different from Camila. That is why we are all happy and willing to work here.”
“They’re all good people, Romina,” Neil mentioned after the man went back to work. “I doubt they’d work for Daniela as a spy, given how they were treated back at Camila.”
“If it’s not them, then who? I doubt the spy is from SikaTuna since they don’t know Daniela.”
“I’m not sure. How do we find the mole?”
Romina looked on in contemplation.
