“We’ve seen how inspirational it has been for her fans.”.
We hope Afua has the best of luck going forward while attempting other records, “they said.
They also said that Afua Asantewaa’s team received a reimbursement for the money they spent on a priority review.
Afua Asantewaa Aduonum set out on an incredible journey to shatter the record for the longest consecutive singing marathon—a feat that calls for extreme vocal prowess and endurance.

She revealed that her group sped up the clearance procedure in January 2024. She disclosed that they purchased a priority review from the Guinness World Record for $750.
Her outcome was once again delayed, although a priority review takes five business days, which fueled speculation that she might not have passed.
In the meantime, the Guinness World Record declared in a statement that they had completed Afua Asantewaa’s review at the time she requested an expedited outcome.
“The evidence check had already begun before Afua requested priority service, so we refunded her payment earlier this month,” the statement read.
