Black Stars star boy Mohamed Kudus has set his eyes on the UEFA Europa League with his current side, West Ham United.
The Hammers, who have been in a rut, winless in the last eight games, are set to face familiar German foes, Freiburg, in the round of 16 of the 2023–24 UEFA Europa League on March 7, 2024.
Mohamed Kudus is committed to helping West Ham win as many games as they can this season.
“My goals are to help the team as much as I can, win games, and get points. We are in Europe now and want to make an impact, as we won it last year, while we also want to challenge the top six teams in the league.
“Yes, 100% [we can win the UEFA Europa League]. We won the UEFA Europa Conference League last year, so we have the same mentality and approach every single game the same. It’s very possible.”
The East London side would be welcoming West London’s Brentford in a London derby at the London Olympic Stadium on Monday night at 8 p.m.
