Attacker Kamaldeen Sulemana of the Black Stars is appreciative of the chance to represent Ghana at the World Cup. Following a humiliating loss to Uruguay in the final group match on December 2nd, Ghana was eliminated from the group stage.
Kamaldeen Sulemana congratulated his family in Techiman, as well as Ghanaians and supporters from other nations that cheered on their country throughout the group stage.

Giorgian de Arrasteca’s two goals in the first half eliminated Ghana’s chances of moving on to the round of 16. The referee granted Ghana a penalty, giving the Black Stars an early chance to take the lead, but captain Andre Ayew squandered the opportunity.
